Before submitting your request, please ensure you have:
  • Your Registration Number or NIC
  • Active mobile number for OTP verification
  • Correct diploma/degree details
  • Calculated total payment amount based on number of copies

To request a transcript, click on the "Request Transcript" button in the How Can We Help section. Fill out the required information including the number of copies needed and delivery preference. Your transcript will be processed within 5-7 business days.
What is the processing time for transcript requests?
Standard transcript requests are processed within 5-7 working days.
Can I track my request status online?
Yes! You can track your request at any time by using the "Track Status" button. Simply enter your request ID and you'll see real-time updates on your submission status.
